Your information is confidential. All access, AI searches or conversations via text, call or video will not be available to your employer, nor will they be retained (except the Wellbeing Check In reports will be stored confidentially for your record.) This and all personal information will be removed upon your request. Performance Story may provide anonymised usage data at an organisation level. If you are familiar with Employee Assistance Programs and confidentiality, this is the same for Performance Story.
