Performance Story is a company providing a unique for Companies and Professionals to access support for leadership, performance coaching, and mental health.  We do this by drawing on our experience of corporates, executive support, leadership, coaching, and Psychology.

Why do we collect your information?

​

Performance Story provides a personalised service for companies and individuals, and as such, collects information required to respond to queries or requests, or to set up the subscription service (such as for individual executives and professionals who have access to the service. We also collect information regarding what profiling tools you have requested and reports generated, and you may request, to match you with Coaches or specialist Psychologists within our Group. We ask for your contact information so we can respond to your requests, deliver the service and keep you updated, according to your preferences.

 

Our Intent

Our intent is to provide you with the utmost respect and privacy. We will not provide your personal information to third parties outside Performance Story Pty Ltd. Your information may be provided to Performance Story approved counsellors or specialists who are bound by Performance Story and the Professional Code confidentiality. In the event it was in your express interest and request to do we, we would seek your agreement. We will respond to any requests or concerns you have as soon as possible, and we will remove your personal information when requested.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. The Privacy Act 1988 requires organisations that are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) to have a privacy policy.

15. COMPLAINTS

I. Complaints are reviewed within 7 days. After that period we may contact You to request further information. If We accept fault then We will propose a resolution. In any case, We aim to provide a response within 14 days.
