Performance Story Partner is designed for organisations that want ongoing access to the kind of support that is usually delivered too late, too lightly or too generically.

This is not an off-the-shelf wellbeing program. It is a practical partnership built around better performance, healthier people and more aligned culture — shaped to the organisation, not assembled from a catalogue.

It is rarely a lack of technical capability or even experience that is behind teams not maximising potential.  Goal clarity, focus, communication, self-awareness, and comfort with difficult conversations have to be right within people, before they can be mastered as a team.   They are the foundation of better collaboration, innovation, decision making and agility in the face of change, and teams are not born with it.  Leaders are under utilisers of Employee Assistance Programs, and it has been a long time since generic leadership workshops met their needs.

Team Partner

 For teams of up to 15 wanting stronger alignment, better conversations, healthier performance and practical psychology. Weekly or fortnightly support, structured around your team's reality.

Organisation Partner

For broader organisational access: content, check-ins, leadership support, culture-building resources and strategic input. Scales to the size and ambition of the partnership.
